"Finally received the new cash kiosk for customers paying by credit card or cash. Customers order food on the kiosk and then play free video games.

Three kiosks cost $750 per month. Zero additional labor costs, though minimum wage in New York City is $15 an hour. Customers pay the credit and debit card fees with the 3.99% cash discount program, so we have no card fees.

I run a 50-person restaurant with two people (me and my wife). We use paper plates and plastic cups, so we don’t need a dishwasher. I bring up ice for drinks. I change the garbage cans and clean the front at night.

When it’s slow, one person can run the entire restaurant with the kiosk. I’ve outsourced deliveries to Uber Eats and Grubhub.
